Procedure in Case of an Error

If an error occurs in connection with the SWAN UI5 Reporter or if it does not respond as expected, the following steps can help with analysis:

  • Test the correct installation of the application
  • Check the browser console for errors
    • Use the LocalStorage key „REPORTER“ for testing (for extended log protocols in the browser)
  • On-Premise systems
    • Review logs in SLG1
    • Check interface errors in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG
    • Check for short dumps in ST22
  • SAP Cloud systems
    • Check ABAB environment monitors
